the staff was genuinely polite and helpful . the hotel offered free parking, a HUGE plus for me. the downstairs lounge and bar had a nice style. my room had a large bay window. breakfast was healthy and tasty.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay. I booked a Large Double Room, but I felt the room was not as large. The bathroom seemed dated, with a design that felt very 80s. I really wanted a cooked breakfast, and the hotel only offered continental options.

excellent wifi city centre great hospitality dated room old bathroom dirty mark
the wifi connection was excellent. the location suited us.. it was about a seven minute walk into the centre. the hospitality stood out, i thought.
sadly, the room seemed dated. the bathroom also seemed dated, it only had a handheld shower on the old bath, this was unexpected for the price. the bed needed a headboard, as there were marks on the walls..

helpful staff wonderful communication large room modern styling
The staff displayed really good communication skills. They allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel on the last day to visit my boyfriend at the hospital. I appreciated this gesture. The room was surprisingly large and featured a kitchen, unexpected. The room's design blended classic and modern elements seamlessly.
The back entrance was a little tricky to find on my initial arrival.

the location offered convenient parking. the room had sizable windows allowing ample light. i found the staff very amicable .
